2008 bmw 528i should I buy ?

is 3000$ too much for a 2008 bmw 528i with 176k
miles ? 02 sensors new radiator and coolest hoses
replaced tranny flush all with receipts . Is it too risky

If you have to ask, yes it's too risky for you. At almost 200k miles, I would never touch a German car. The maintenance at that mileage will bankrupt you.
