my bmw 650i 06 radio goes on and off!!! if its off the sos light come on and seat belt chirp and parking asst dont work!! please help..

It's probably overheating. A common fault on I-drive and later systems. Probably a fan in the back of the unit has failed.

when radio or satellite radio is on i get a loud popping ,cracking noise from the speakers and if i turn the system off it still hear the noises from the speaker until the car is completely off. what is causing that?
