in my reservoir

You can still drive it, but sometimes coolant will enter the transmission at the point where your transmission fluid is leaking into the reservoir. Coolant in the transmission is a much worse problem and transmission damage is soon to happen. The leak is likely inside the radiator where the transmission lines connect. I new radiator, coolant flush and possible transmission flush will be necessary.
