Bmw wont start

My tentionar  pully broke so I replaced it and my water
pump.then my car would not start or even go u to
gear . The alarm started  going off and would not stop
I bought  new battery and still wet start . Someone
told me the fuel switch modulator fuse. I still it wont
start. Please help

The belt if it snapped apart may have wrapped itself around the crank and thrown the timing off so in any case the timing should be checked. Also have a look at the oil intake for pieces of serpentine belt. Good Luck!
