Bmw 745i

My car starts but wont stay in
drive or reverse also when i open
the transmission lever i have to
rev it pretty hard in order for it to
move and when it does it pops out
as if stuck

Ya sorry to say but sounds like transmission is on the verge of going out, can try some transmission slip or even check ur transmission fluid. But that sounds like an expensive fix over all good luck.
