Not getting a clue

I am driving a 199 merc 202. The problem I have is that my car loses power on the steep hill and it vibrates when I am idling or yielding on the stop signs or robots. I was advised to change the spark plugs, fuel pump and coil packs however the problem still persists. Can a faulty aircon compressor causes this or the issue is with the valves as I have cleaned the throttle and air sensor

if you cleaned the MAF sensor with any thing lying a round you may have damaged it , only a special cleaner should be used . I forget the reason for hesitation on hills but forget , keep searching

So, do you think I should perhaps buy a new MAF sensor first and see what happens maybe it was long dead. And another mechanic is also saying that maybe is the valves. My problem is I have already spent a lot of money buying parts and paying mechanics who are unable to tell me as to what is the real issue with this vibration.
