Question type: Car Customization

I have a streetrod, want to install the power/heated seats from a 2004 SRX, is there a computer involved or simply hook up 12volts? thx Rich

These seats are likely controlled by the BCM, which is tied into the other computer systems in the car, so I would say it is 95% probable that you wouldn't be able to put this into a street rod. You may be able to circumvent the features with switches instead of automatic controls (like the recognition of different drivers' preferred seat positions) but it seems to me this MIGHT not be possible.
