Weird sound passenger side (I think) randomly while driving?

Just had brakes/calipers, front tie rods replaced. Oil change, alignment and rotation as well.

Every once in a while it'll make a sorta grinding or rubbing sound, can also feel it sometimes. Not sure if its metal on metal. Brief (only last a few seconds) and only while moving, speed doesn't seem to matter, it'll do it at like 25 or 60. Kinda feels like a flat tire or something like that. Could it be the suspension?....mechanic didn't notice anything wrong while looking it over. It started happening about a week ago and getting that work done didn't fix it. Thanks.
