Does the battery light come on when you turn the key over?

didn't notice, brand new battery and it was checked, good.... there are several lights that come on.

all relays, fuses checked all good.

Are the nuts that hold the wires to the starter tight?

brother in law is mechanic. relay bypassed in the fuse box and started several times good. replaced relay etc. using the key does the same.

he used his analyzer on the car could not find anything without it running

not working, turn key, engine will turn about an inch. keep it turned 1 inch intervals. ???

Sorry, I misunderstood. I think your starter you bought might be defective.

what i thought, it was rebuilt...

If it's still under warranty, exchange it.
