2011 Chevy Malibu LS will turn over, but refuses to start.

My wife tried to leave work for lunch and
the car would not start. When I got off work,
I tried to start it. No good. Changed plugs.
Still no good. Ended up having a bad
battery. Replaced he battery. Started and
ran. I got home from work and she pulled
up shortly after. Twenty minutes later, she
tried to leave and once again it wouldn't
start. I checked the valve on the fuel rail.
With ignition on, there was no fuel spray
from the valve. I really don't want to replace
the fuel pump (costs about $500 dollars).
Any other ideas as to why there is no fuel
pressure. Fuel pressure regulator is part of
the fuel pump on this model.

May check the fuel relay under hood,but if it is good you are probably looking at replacing pump.

Were you able to get this resolved? I am having this same issue with my 2010 Malibu and can’t seem to figure out why it’s happening.

We'll hi I have a question about my car I have a 2003 Chevy Malibu and I had a new fuel filter put on and it still won't crank and I can hear the fuel pump when it comes on .so else can it be.
