I have a 2011 Chevy Malibu. When I press the phone icon button on steering wheel it just auto mute radio. Cannot pair my phone. When I press onstar button nothing happens. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

This could be your cell phone bluetooth is not good or the bluetooth in your stereo is gone bad,try some one elses phone to try to blootooth to it,if it does not connect it will be the stereo is bad.
