2011 Malibu runs two seconds cuts off

Asked by Maurice Jun 26, 2020 at 01:07 AM about the 2011 Chevrolet Malibu 2LT FWD

Question type: General

Car will start every time no security light fuel pump
comes on pressure at the fuel rail will not run
unless disconnect the mass airflow sensor. What
would cause this to happen. And how can I fix this
problem

Thanks Ed92626 was trying to narrow it down because a lot of people on this site have replaced parts that did not solve the problem. I will clean it tomorrow along with the throttle body to see if it will stay running when the mass air flow is connected and give an update. If this does not solve the problem I hope you will go to the next possibility with me also anyone else I would appreciate all the help I can get.
