2011 Subaru legacy multiple dashboard engine lights stuck on

multiple engine lights continue  to
stay on no matter  what has been
done to "fix" this issue  tried bew gas
caps o2  sensors  disconnected
battery several times  spoje with
multiple Subaru  dealer repair
departments   BIG FAT ZERO  as far
as help or acknowleging this is  +
SHOULD BE a RECALL  HELLO
SUBARU WAKE UP ... our 2011
subaru legacy New York state
inspection expires 3/31/2021 in 5
days..  it obviously will NOT pass
inspection with a dashboard of what
looks like  a bunch of lights lit up on
a Christmas tree..
funny BUT NOT SO MUCH...
️‍♂️‍♀️  
need RECALL solutions ASAP from  
SUBARU  NOW

Codes are: CEL P0700 at request MIL on Trans code P2764 TCC lockup duty solenoid circuit low. C0045 TCM malfunction
