Asked by GuruKJJB May 01, 2017 at 03:13 PM about the 2011 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello I Own a subaru legacy premium 2011. My car just began showing ABS,
Traction control an Brake signals on dash board. Got it to a mechanic who
said it is because a faulty ABS unit. The part number is 27536AJ00C.
What I need to know is if this part in interchangeable with another one; if so
need to know which parts are suitable to do the job.

Regards

I would use the correct part if you want the ABS to function properly and the ABS light to turn off.

Be absolutely certain via a sophisticated ABS reader scan before proceeding. I've a '12 Imp with same problem that traces to a faulty steering angle sensor alignment. A bad ABS pump is extremely rare.
