Adding power to a subaru legacy

Asked by Jube Aug 28, 2016 at 09:01 AM about the 2011 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited AWD

Question type: Car Customization

I recently bought my first car a 2011 subaru legacy r
and was wondering how to get more power out of
the car. I'm looking for performance upgrades that
don't break the bank to much.

Power costs money. I would leave it as the engineers designed it. Cold air intake and cat back exhaust might be of some improvement, but do too much changing and a tuner and tune will become necessary.

I have a 2006 legacy 2.5 gt limited with a turbo back exhaust and a cold air intake, it was relatively unexpensive and it gave me what i wanted and it sounded great and has good power
