http://www.autoanything.com/air-intakes/Subaru/Legacy/111A50208A50096A0A28A87A1.aspx sells what they call "universal CAI Kits"...but looking around at some Subaru forums the guys are saying Subaru has factory Cold Air Intake as standard equipment, and those can even be sold in California....and if by the slim chance you are in Calif. don't put an aftermarket one on anyway, it will not pass smog, it's considered 'tampering'

COBB tuneing makes one, also I know Weapon R makes one but the COBB brand one would be my personal choice, they specifically make for only Subarus, Mazdas, and Mitsubishis, and their parts are always high quality.
It is also worth noting that a cold air intake does almost nothing for performance on a Subaru without having other supporting modifications.
it depends on how the C/A is vs factory tubing, any time you can remove a restriction such as ribbed tubing or polished metal tubing instead of plastic you generally see better throttle response. Every bit of power still counts and a cold air gives more potential over the stock intake if they want to persue more performance in the future..
