I have white smoke coming out my exhaust

I have a 2002 Cadillac it's been sitting up for a little while I
had it serviced now white smoke is coming out my
exhaust

sounds like a blown head gasket , do a compression test or block test , is there white goop under the oil fill cap ?

Definitely a blown head gasket. All Northstar engines blow head gaskets sooner or later. At this point it's not worth fixing. You're looking at a repair bill of over $3500! For starters the engine and transmission will have to be removed from the bottom of the vehicle. There's no other way to do the job. The other problem is you have to get someone who is familiar with these engines to do the job. Some gas station garage or chain type of repair shop is not going to be able to do this, no matter what they tell you! Sorry! Jim
