What noise is that? Where does it come from?

There is a strange noise when the headlights are on auto but when auto switch is turned off the noise goes away. The battery was just replaced because it went dead twice and had to be jumped. I was wondering if maybe there is a short or something with the switch that might be draining the battery. I guess we will have to wait and see if the battery problems continue with the new battery.
