Horn stopped working

Asked by MaximumMagic Apr 05, 2016 at 10:30 AM about the 2011 Mazda MAZDA2 Touring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My horn is overly used since I get frustrated with drivers and traffic. For
several months it sounded like a jalopy horn and yesterday it went from one
sound to no sound. When I press it I hear a clicking noise, and then this
morning when I got in the car I tested it. The result was a loud sound
coming out and then nothing came out. Please advise on what might need
to be done.

What needs to be done is perhaps you should take a "chill" pill. A horn is a WARNING DEVICE and not a device for alleviating your frustration. Replacing the horn would likely fix the problem with the vehicle.
