Cadillac diville sts 02 , won't start , it says anti theft

Oops Seville lol . It started up I drive it to auto zone , he checked everything , the alternator is good , battery said 0.08 they said it was bad . But it's a new battery only a year old . So something is draining it . So I'm taking it to the shop where my cousin had it they put the battery in if that is it it should have a wsrenty, it could be a bad connection or starter . I just don't know
