2011 F250 only moves in 4x4 low

2011 Ford F250 only moves when front hubs locked and in 4x4 low.
makes grinding noise and won't move 4x4 High.
will not move at all with front hubs unlocked and shifted out of 4x4

Bye Bye transfer case. If you overhaul it now you might not have to replace the entire thing.
