My 2001 Cadillac deville, just stopped I was driving it then all the lights on the dash quit everything electronic quit working the Windows, the locks, and the dash, it won't turn over at all what to 2 Answers

I have a 1990 Cadillac Deville I put in a new battery and it wont start no power no headlights no clicking to start nothing at all.
