My heat blows somewhat hot with the fan on low
but barely warm when I turn the fan up, what could
be the problem?

Could be a malfunctioning blend door or a plugged heater core. I think the ATC in this vehicle have self diagnostics and you should be able to watch the blend door move. I can tell you how to enter self-diagnostics but it gets complicated after that, most mechanics will run diagnostics on these systems with the help of a troubleshooting manual or print out.
