What is the gurentee buy back?

Some Dealers, usually only used-car lots, not manufacturers Dealers, offer what they call a "Guaranteed Buy Back" that if you don't like the car, find something wrong with it, and within a short period of time, AND with many many exclusions say they will buy it back from you. And not necessarily at that same price you paid. But you have to pay for the car up-front first. Buyer beware on this. READ THE FINE PRINT

Actually, Kelly it does mean something. For example Carmax has a 5 day guaranteed buy back. If you don't like the car you purchased from them they will take it back in 5 days no questions asked and you get your money back. As FordNut said, read the fine print and if it is not in writing the guarantee is worthless.
