2001 Cadillac deville

My Cadillac deville (2000) won't start I have
replaced the starter and the crank shaft sensors
a&b also when I turn the key all the lights on my
dashboard light up however when I turn it to on it
won't crank or start it's almost as if my battery was
dead but it's not its brand new don't want to
continue to spend unnecessary money and not fix
the problem please help

It could be a host of problems, did you check your starter relay, it also could be your ignition switch

it could also be a ground like chassis to motor.
