my low coolant sensor comes on but not low is my sensor in expansion tank or somwere else??

That sensor should be located in the expansion tank. I've seen them stuck on the bottom and incorrectly indicating it's low when it's not. Wiggle it loose. Also check the coolant level in the radiator because a bad radiator cap can keep it from topping up automatically as it should.
