your asking something with out all the facts? some engines are better then others, what engine will you have, next are they mostly freeway miles or city? was it use to pull a trailer? how well was it keep up with service? all those matter, i have seen 300 k on them many times, if it was cared for, and I have seen 100 k and worn out? from people that did not take care?

Is the seller the original owner? Oil changes are the blood of an engine, changed regularly? Transmission been serviced? This 100K change interval on a tranny is a selling point only. What is he/she asking?

Condition and how it was maintained and driven are all important. If you buy it there will be repairs in it's future. How many and what? Who knows....
