Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I put in a new battery, starter and
alternator. The car starts with a jump but
the battery will not stay charged. The
battery is not grounded in the panel

If the battery is not properly grounded, you will not have a satisfactory starting/charging circuit. Most stores that sell automotive batteries, alternators, etc. have the necessary equipment to test the starting/charging system. Take the car to the place where you bought the battery and have them check the starting/charging system - it shouldn't cost you anything for this service..
