2007 Ford F 150 XLT 4.6 LTR

A couple of days ago I was driving and it strted running ruff and loosing
power and that the check engine light come on fllashed a few times and
went off so drove a coupe more miles and pulled over the light came back
and stayed on I drove home  only a few miles to check the truck over  
cleared the check engine light now the light has not came back on but the
truck shudders and looses power on acceleration and is not gaining speed
very fast

Why did you clear the codes? Now you have to start from square one. Fuel pressure and flow test, spark plugs and coils, sensor and wiring checks, and so on.
