If you are looking for used mirrors from a salvage yard, most yards have a computer system that will tell you what years will interchange, as well as if any matching vehicles are in their yard. Try Pull A Parts website, for instance (pullapart.com), or Pick N Pull (picknpull.com). Usually if you stay within the same generation of vehicle you can swap body parts, but if your mirror is powered or heated, you want to double check the harness connector is compatible, so it may be best to stick with your year only (2007).
