Truck won't start..Electronic throttle control system

2008 Ram 1500, 3.7liter. ON the way to work it died while driving and the electronic throttle control dash light came on. I was able to pull over but truck would not restart.  Had it towed home and cleaned the throttle body today.  When i tried to start it , it only started for about 3 seconds then died.  Also, when you try to start it the engine continues to crank even you u release the key.  Any suggestions on my next step? I can't miss anymore work.
