Starter Relay location on a 1998 Cadillac Deville

If you're asking about the anti theft relay, it's buried deep in the dash and probably isn't the problem. Are you seeing a message about the starter being disabled? If so it's a security system problem. Most likely the ignition lock cylinder. The starter is located under the intake manifold. Best to let a pro, who is familiar with your Northstar engine, diagnose and replace the starter, if that's what the problem is. Whatever you do, don't take it to a gas station garage or chain type of repair shop! Hope that helps! Jim
