2011 Z435is ride performance

Asked by flm Jun 03, 2014 at 12:03 PM about the 2011 BMW Z4 sDrive35is Roadster RWD

Question type: General

I bought a BMW Z4 35is last month.  Great car except  for the ride.  I have been in ancient trucks with bare tires that ride better  than the Z.  The car feels every bump, crack and hole in the road and seems to have no shock absorption at all.  Is this the ride I  should expect?

Perhaps a Buick is more suitable? lol j/k! Perhaps the previous owner drove the hell out of it and it needs a suspension refresh as mentioned above. New bushings, struts, bump stops, springs, etc. Did you get it inspected before you bought it? You could also downsize your rims to get a taller sidewall.

Your Answer:

Z4
