Really? Thank your insurance company Progressive!.. unplug it from the DLC / OBD port and try starting the vehicle.

All so they can spy on you? Sell out your privacy for a couple of bucks?

Oh, now I know why their commercials are every other one we see, they want Spybots everywhere. Go Away Progressive.

Having this same issue with my Town and Country Van. Just plugged the snap shot in earlier this week and yesterday my van will not start. We know it's not the battery as the headlights and all interior lights and electric door work. We have the fobik key for it and it just will not turn the van on. I removed the device in the morning when it wouldn't start and we were able to jump it but when I went to leave work 14 hours later it wouldn't start again and we couldn't even jump start it. Anyone have any helpful suggestions?

Snapshot did same thing to my 2017 Pontiac Vibe. I removed it and it started right up. Evidently it effected the electrical system and prevented it from starting
