2005 Toyota Corolla vs. 2011 Hyundai Accent

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Hi,
I'm currently looking at buying either a 2005 Toyota Corolla CE with 81,000 mi, or a 2011 Hyundai Accent with 67,000 mi. Both are priced at $7,500; I haven't had either inspected, but the Hyundai has had a door replaced (clean title), and the Corolla has never been in an accident (as I am told). Which is the better route, especially if I am considering reselling in a few years? Thanks.

i have learned in the last few months it is always best to pull each car up on the internet and look for TSB or RECALLS and see what other owners have to say about them. Its not always about how many miles the car has on it, Its about how many issues they are having.
