bouncing front suspension

Asked by Monica Jan 22, 2016 at 02:29 AM about the 2011 Nissan Versa 1.6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2011 Nissan versa hatchback.
We've been having to replace the toees
every 6 months. We took it to the shop and
they said our alignment is still good. But the
car bounces on a smooth road. Tires start
to wear out from the inside out. And when I
hit a small bump you can hear a bang. What
kind of problem am I facing with? The shop
said something about the front suspension
but someone else is telling me the inner tie
rods. Also, if I do need parts, what company
will make me purchase the parts and be
able to send to Guam?

Oh man, This sounds like the front end is in need of repair. I don't understand how someone can be telling you the alignment is good with worn front end (suspension parts) and your tires wearing. Would there be a good alignment shop to go too? They could get the necessary parts to fix it, they would know how to get the parts.

Can you imagine trying to changing a tire with a scissor jack, when nobody stops to help you????
