How to remove motor noise in the radio?

Where? How can I find the location of the bad or loose ground?
what kind of noise, is it a high pitched whine that goes with rpm, or is it AM static?
It is static and it goes and come at low RPMs, mostly there all of the time and it mask over the weak station that I'm trying the hear on AM and FM stations.

it is just static but its pretty annoying... usually its just caused y two things... the power supply wire that turns on the radio or loose connection from the radio to the antenna...
Honestly it would be very hard to tell from here, but i will say that if you have checked all the connections to and from the radio, the last thing i would try before blaming the radio would be to disconnect the one power feed wire from the alternator and the one wiring harness going into the alternator, sometimes an alternator with a bad diode can cause annoying radio static. If it goes away you found your issue, if not, it could be the radio, a coil pack, deeper wiring issues etc. i would just try the connections to the radio and then disconnect the alternator (of course promptly reconnect when done with the test or the battery will die). Good luck!
Thanks for the tips you guy, I will try each of them when I get my Dad squared way, he just got out fo the hospital and recoving from pneumonia, it's tuff for an eighty five year old. Thanks again PapaT912.
