Urgently need a Chevrolet suburban

Found a bunch of them for under $9,000
and I've been approved through Westlake
but the dealers that work with them don't
want to use my approval I have a trade
worth $4500 I owe $13889 that makes
-$9500 plus the price of the vehicle will
be the amount now it's simply right there I
am approved can I get a salesperson to
accept the offer or are they really trying to
get me to give them more money for a
vehicle that's valued the same as what I
have I'm not asking a whole lot just one
salesperson who will just put the vehicle
through for me to purchase and done!
