Fuse prongs missing in fuse box

There are no prongs in the fuse box for receiver
wires. How do I fix this?

per GM there are different fuse boxes depending on the options the vehicle has, the wires are in the bottom of the fuse box in most cases , the Fuse box must be changed, est for my 2500 series express van was $200. watching the junk ward for the right truck.
