When I replaced the battery in my 96 Cadillac Deville and went to turn it on it didn't have any power, no lights on the dashboard, nothing, what do I do?

Yes the car started before, it had set for awhile & we went and got the battery charged, it had a good charge on the battery, replaced it and it had no power?

Can you jump start it from another good battery? First, re-check your battery leads and make certain they are making good contact and are not backwards (+ and -). Then try a jump. If it starts, it is your battery.
