Is there any way to calibrate the car's voltmeter?

I have a 95 Cadi DeVille; it's voltmeter reads 13.5 when my multimeters measure 14.7. I
know it is just an anal question, but I just wanted to know does anyone know how I can
calibrate it to read the correct reading? I mod the cluster to read as a Seville model
because DeVille models don't normally provide voltmeters. Even if it means creating a
small calibrating device to simply give the correct reading.

Is it a needle gauge..analog....that maybe you can spin the backing, or the piece with the numbers? To where it's accurate? Just a thought, I dunno if it works that way

my cadillac deville 02's info/reset buttons do not work, i checkd the buttons and they are not pluggd from behind, where would the cables that plug up to them be located? or is there another way to remove the change engine oil letters off? 1 Answer

I purchased a 03 DEVILLE WITH 117K ON IT. during HIGHWAY DRIVING the digital temp gage holds at the first line about half way and stays there. when I leave the highway and get into traffic the temp goes up and the overheat warning comes on.
