2011 honda acoord led door sills

I have installed led door sills.  I have placed the connector in the correct slot but the kit
came with two 7.5 fuses.  Not sure where they go but the led door sills will not light up.  
I'm trying to avoid a fuse jumper.  It came with a connector and fuses.  How can I get
these to light up?  Where do the fuses go?

It has an inline fuse holder. The fuse is good. Tried a new fuse to make sure. It connected into the port but still no power. I think that there is a fuse that needs to go into the fuse box but not sure where because it's not labeled. Got an idea? Or should I just fuse tap?

get the wires back in to the door and tap them to your side door courtesy lights. This way whenever the door opens, the LED door sill will light up!
