where is fuel pump on 1993 deville?

Cant get car started...been sitting around for 2 yrs and was supposed to
need battery charge.  We ended up buying new battery which didn't do the
job.  Then we realized it needed gas...put in 9 gallons and it still wouldn't start.  So we want to know how to get it going where fuel pump is help

Just let some one open the gas cap and let him listen when you open the switch if hear any noise that fuel pump work's...this is easy way . But if he not hear nothing make sure to check the relay and fuse fuel pump...and if you want replace the fuel pump it's inside the tank so you need to lift the vehicle and flow the safety procedure.

Pull the intake boot off and spray ether in in throttle body with throttle opened up and turn it over and see if it tries to crank up, if so you do not have fuel, if not you may not have spark (fire). There are more involved test but this should help to know which way to go next.
