signal flasher location on 1993 deville/its not in the fuse panal

Its under the dash. Go under the dash near the pedals and pull off the plastic panel and it should be almost right behind the fuel data center. You could always take off all the trim panels and the fuel data center and get to it that way. It all depends on which way you want to go about it.

All my dash lights work except for the one for my speed, no cigarette light and raidio..well the raideo only tells time 93 Cadillac DeVille
