Elmont Motor tried to scam me

What do I do when a car company like Elmont
Motors Lately tells me that they’re advertised price
was a lie just to get people in and the really price
would go up even paying cash! Went from $16,000
something to $20,000 is that legal? Where can I go
to report this?
