brake booster vac lines are right there, might be a place to start. a noise that loud, and the damage shouldnt be too hard to spot. scottykilmer.com has a vid on how to check for vac leaks without a smoke machine. chekc it out. If the car would stay running, you can use carb cleaner around in there, on a cold engine of course, but you may need to do a visual inspection and /or smoke test.
Thanks and will that have my car starting an cut off after 3 sec

vac leaks can do all kinds of things stalling hesitation, bad idle. If you have a vac leak, it needs dealt with no matter what. could even be a bad pcv valve or line.
I would think if the engine starts but dies after a few seconds, there would be a large vacuum leak, like from a larger piece of tubing. If a 1/8" vacuum tube is leaking, the car will run like crap at low speeds, but it will run. I'd recommend you look around the top of the engine for short runs of larger hose that might have been knocked loose.
i have had that problem. Mine would only work with foot on a gas pedal. Turns out idle air control valve was broken. DELPHI CV10012 {#17076310, 17113388, 88893284} that guy
