I have a 2011 CX9 touring and every time I turn left water comes out inside the passenger side under dash and it has soaked my floor and its does this while the ac is on. What's going on???

I think you may have a crack in the drain pan or the drain hose is clogged and its on the left side.

Is it easy to get too? Would it make noise like water hitting the fan?

I have a 2008 CX-9 Touring with this exact same issue, wet floor, noise when turning a corning (i.e. the water was drowning the fan). For me it was the drain tub was clogged. The tube is under the center of the vehicle (around the area of the drivers seat and center console) but it is hidden behind the heat shield. You need to bend back the shield to get to the tube and snake out whatever is clogging it. Be advised if this is the issue, you will know it when you get a shower of all that water that is built up! I did this with ramps but it was very difficult. Much better to have someone with a lift do this.

It recently happened to my wife's '11 cx9 gt. evaporator drain clogged and water builds in the reservoir left handside of the blower fan. You have to vacuum the water with shop vacuum. you can do it 2 ways. 1- you have to lay under the car and you will see the drain port on the driver side of shaft gap. it is located behind of heat shield. you can use adapter and vacuum whole system from that port. It works. But it is not super easy to work under the car. if you can use lift, it is very easy. 2- dont lay under the car. you will see a cover right handside of gas pedal. pull it out. 3 push pins hold it. when you remove the cover, remove the floor carpet.you will see black duct goes toward driver seat. the drain hose is connecting the hole on chassis left bottom corner. you will find it with your finger. pull that port gently then make an attachment hose until out side of the car. then vacuum it / use air. when you complete it, install the hose for same chassis hole behind of the duct. the reason of clog is debris drops from cabin filter. when you replace it make sure you dont drop anything in blower fan.
