I have a Chevy cobalt ss 2008 and I was
driving it a couple of days ago on the highway
everything seemed fine and when I got off I
lost power and my engine started to make a
spudder sound , after that my car started
smoking and it smelled hard like gas idk what
the problem can be and Im super lost on how
to fix it I replaced the camshaft position
actuator and it still didn’t fix my problem

Before randomly replacing any more parts take it to a shop that does proper diagnostics first and get an evaluation. In the long run that's often the cheapest route to go if you're unable to do that sort of diagnostic work yourself, and most of us aren't. I googled it and there are a number of things that could cause a P0304 code. It mostly indicates a misfire but doesn't identify why. That's where the diagnostics comes in.
