90 cadillac eldorado

Asked by GuruLHDY3 Apr 10, 2019 at 11:10 AM about the 1990 Cadillac Eldorado Coupe FWD

Car will not start... no crank or anything..
displays message "starting disabled" due to
theft! The security has never came on!! I
tried to set off the alarm in different ways
but nothing seems to work! I have tried to
reset the. Computer multiple times!! How
can I reset the theft system?? Or how can I
bypass the theft system so I can drive my
car? What is a fix I can do myself to bypass
the problem with little to no cost! I am on a
tight budget and I have spent hrs....upon hrs
searching on line.. no  thing I have found
works!
