Can anyone answer this question for me please can I cut an access panel to access my fuel pump in my 90 Cadillac eldorado please help still need to know???????.
You can cut access to get to it butt you cant change it unless you pull the tank down,because it does not have disconnects at the pump!!
I just replaced my fuel pump and it still won't get gas

Drives perfectly fine and then "pooof", engine dies and comes to a halt. Two hours later, starts right up and then the same thing is happening. Is my fuel pump "shorting out" ?

I READ ON LINE THAT IF YOU HAVE A SERPENTINE BELT IT REQUIRES A SPECIAL WATER PUMP THAT TURNS IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. DO THE 1998 ETC 4.6L V8 HAVE A SERPENTINE DRIVE BELT?
